Our core businesses are residential estate agency within Teignbridge and professional surveys and Home Condition Reports (see section on Home Information Packs) throughout South Devon.

Chamberlains is a member firm of National Homes Network (www.nationalhomesnetwork.co.uk) who have estate agencies providing property services across the UK. Chamberlains is also widely accessible via the internet through this site and a range of portals including the UK’s number one property website: www.rightmove.co.uk. The combination of national links, international marketing, with sound local knowledge makes for a very comprehensive service to our clients.

The Team

	Michael Foundly - Managing Director Michael is a qualified solicitor by profession and has been involved in property transactions throughout his career. He manages the business and gets involved with all aspects of the agency and ensures that all clients get the best possible service and advice. Michael is always available to discuss any aspect of the sale or purchase of any property.
	Angela S Chamberlain BSc (Hons) MRICS Based primarily in Kingsteignton, Angela provides marketing advice to clients at the outset and through the marketing process, assisted by her sales team. In recent years Angela has turned her focus to how best to present a home for sale, and she dares to tell people what she really thinks, as diplomatically as possible! She also endeavours to visit clients regularly to review the marketing campaign and to agree on future strategies, in order to ensure both agent and client are working towards the same outcome.
	Graham Briggs - Manager, Kingsteignton Graham joined the firm in 2005 and brings a wealth of experience in business management, having been Practise Manager of a large legal firm and previously having had a successful career spanning 23 years as a commissioned officer in the Armed Forces.
	Samantha J Williams MNAEA Samantha joined Chamberlains in 2000 and obtained NVQ 3 in Estate Agency and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Some of you will remember her as Samantha Winter, but now she is a Mrs! She oversees all sales for Newton Abbot office, provides appraisals and marketing advice, and has a wealth of experience in progressing sales to completion. Samantha coordinates all local press advertising for the firm. Sam, as she prefers to be known, was one of the very first people in the Newton Abbot area to produce floorplans using the Mobile Agent software, and she is now our expert!
	Michelle Caunter MNAEA - Negotiator Michelle joined us in 2005 from another local firm of estate agents, and has been involved in estate agency locally for several years. Recommended to us by a client for her excellent feedback and communication, Michelle is principally involved with looking after the marketing of a number of clients’ properties and keeping them updated at every step of the way. She’s a live-wire and in her spare time goes motor racing and running – can we keep up?!
	Kirsty Venney - Negotiator Kirsty joined Chamberlains in the summer of 2007, from a legal background having worked in the conveyancing department of a local firm of solicitors.  She is now based mainly at the Newton Abbot branch, principally involved with setting up and conducting viewings, arranging sales, and following them through to completion, making full use of her past legal experience.  Kirsty has lived in the Teignbridge area for many years, and similar to other members of staff, is a keen runner with a great sense of humour.
	Louise Ward - Part Time Sales Assistant Louise joined us in 2005 from the world of TV! Having worked for many years as a TV camera operator mainly in London on programmes including Question Time, Louise wanted to spend more time in South Devon with her family. She now works every Saturday and certain weekdays, principally in the Newton Abbot office, and when the team are busy she’s an expert with the camera for photographing houses!
	Sarah Day - Negotiator Sarah joined Chamberlains in the summer of 2007 providing much needed cover on Saturday.  Sarah has considerable experience of the property market albeit on a more personal level having undertaken a number of property related projects in the recent past.  Her easy going manner and keen sense of humour have enabled her to settle into the team quickly and to forge good relationships with our clients.  These qualities have proved invaluable and in a very short space of time her success rate of viewings to sales is high.

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. Please check with each office for opening hours over Bank Holidays and particularly over Christmas and New Year periods.
